All the insides of the instrument including all the mechanism, all the wooden and metal parts - even some specialist screws which aren’t commercially available, I make in my Manchester workshops.
 
This picture shows the reflection of the engine turned finish off the A-grade surface of the carbon fibre on the inside of the instrument. This fine finish on the inside of the accordion I had as a  requirement right from starting to design the instrument, even though it made the tooling for the mouldings much more complex and expensive.
